Welcome to chloe bowler
I grew up in the countryside, spending my days running and playing in the fields with dogs, riding horses, and generally being very active. I feel strongly that everyone should enjoy a healthy and happy life, and this desire to help and encourage people led me to become a personal trainer.
Whilst at school, I represented Cambridgeshire in athletics, hockey, netball, tennis, and cross-country running, and received the Victor Ludorum award for my achievement in sport. These days, I especially love golf, tennis, horse riding, and competing in middle and long distance running races.
I love television and enjoy making television appearances. I also enjoy writing, and regularly contribute and write articles for magazines such as Women's Fitness, BodyFit and Glamour magazine. I also pen my own, regular newsletters with tips for a healthy lifestyle.
Another passion of mine is food. I love to source delicious, organic food to cook and create healthy recipes to share with everyone. These recipes are well balanced, nutritious meals, which are easy to cook at home, and I hope you enjoy them.
